My name is Jen Spincic, I am a local Notary/ Loan Signing Agent in Burbank, CA, serving the greater Los Angeles area. I have a background in Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator so I am very familiar with loan documents. I am well versed on guiding clients on filling out all forms correctly such as PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, and not missing all those hidden signatures and initials. I am licensed, bonded & insured in California carrying $1,000,000 in E&O insurance. I pride myself on giving a fantastic client experience. Prior to the Real Estate industry, I managed large teams for Apple Computers and Tesla, so being personable and having a tremendous customer focus is always a top priority. As far as Covid precautions, I am fully vaccinated to help put your clients’ minds at ease. I always wear a mask, offer clients new pens that they can keep, and have hand sanitizer available if they would like it. I will work hard for the client to ensure they always have an easy and efficient signing experience with no errors within a professional environment.
