My priority is providing excellent customer service and returning complete paperwork with NO missed signatures,dates or initials,especially on the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 form. I understand the importance of ensuring clients fully fill out forms, whether it be the PCOR, Statement of Information, or Trust Certification. I follow instructions thoroughly and strive to keep you informed throughout the process so nobody has to guess. I know time is of the essence and return loan packages as soon as possible after triple checking the documents. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, I will make every effort to correct it in a timely manner. In addition to being NNA certified, I am Loan Signing System trained and certified, carrying 1,000,000 E&O insurance.
