I am patient, professional, and accurate and strive to to make the final contact with the signers as easy and comfortable as possible. I am not a "point and sign" notary but rather I go through each document with a quick explanation so the signers feel comfortable and confident with the documents they are signing. Reputation is important so I work hard to make sure that your signers are well cared for and leave the signing so happy with the decision they made to use your company and service that they tell their friends and family about how simple and easy the process was. I've been signing real estate documents for the last 3 years and so have seen almost everything from standard refi's and purchases to loan documents with a Power of Attorney AND a trust for signing and make sure I don't miss signatures, initials or dates. If a mistake or signature does need to be corrected I am always willing to rush and get it completed so you and your clients are not stuck waiting and wondering if the loan will close on time or not. I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 but still follow all of the recommended safety and hygiene procedures so your clients can feel safe and at ease during their signing and have conducted signings at clients tables, in their garages and backyards and even through their windows. Whatever it takes to make your clients relaxed I am willing to do.
