Stephanie Lundberg

My name is Stephanie Lundberg, and I am an NNA-certified notary signing agent commissioned in the State of Colorado. I am insured for Errors and Omissions up to $1,000,000 and have access to all military installations. I provide mobile signing agent and notary services to Douglas County, Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson, Boulder, Elbert, and El Paso counties - basically, from Boulder to Colorado Springs (including all military installations as a proud military spouse). I also offer remote online signing agent and notary services across the United States and internationally.

I have a ScanSnap iX1300 mobile scanner and a Brother HL-L2300D mobile printer, so I'm capable of providing scanbacks immediately following signings or printing new packages when there are corrections needed. I'm always learning and looking for opportunities to shadow experienced NSAs as a witness, and have been privileged to observe several signings to learn best practices. I'm also currently completing Notary Stars and Notary2Pro training to enhance my signing agent skills and the customer service I provide to clients.

I am a seasoned professional, with nearly 10 years of experience leading teams and providing outstanding customer support in the tech sector, and before that, 7 more years working in public affairs, media, and healthcare. This varied experience brings a breadth and depth to my skills as a notary public, and also demonstrates my core values: I help people, wherever they are, get the support and services they need to succeed.
