My name is LaWanda Buendía. I am the owner and director of Buendía NSA Srvcs out of Brownsville, Tennessee. I have been a Tennessee Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent for five years. I contract with BancServ, Amrock, ServiceLink, and more. I am an approved Fidelity National Title Group's subcontractor through Notary Ink.

I love being a Notary Signing Agent. I aim to provide professional and accurate services for your company, law firm, real estate office, title company, and small business. Knowledge of the documents is very important; thus, my contractors and I prepare for each closing meticulously.
