I am certified and trained through the NNA and Loan Signing Systems and also licensed as a NY Real Estate Agent. I have an eye for the details ensuring all signatures, dates and initials are properly completed. Before sending out any documents I triple check all of my work. If on the rare occasion there was a mistake fixing said mistake takes top priority. I understand the importance of timeliness when it comes to the submission of documents and I will be sure to keep you informed throughout the process.
