I'm well-versed in the common mistakes made on loan documents -- from missed signatures on the 1003 and LOE to incorrect placement of signatures or missed initials on the Notice of Right to Cancel. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and triple-check my work to ensure these oversights do not happen. However, I am human, so if I do make a mistake, I take accountability immediately and work expeditiously to correct it to prevent any delays in funding.
