Let me start off by saying that I am very detail-oriented, organized and efficient, highly motivated and reliable, with excellent communication and organizational skills. I understand the importance of having a complete signing, one without errors which can cause a tremendous amount of stress. This is why I make sure to never miss any dates, or signatures, I know who to call if there is a typo on the docs, and I'll ask how should I proceed, I don't just cross out and Initial without permission. The borrowers can feel comfortable through out the visit, I don't rush them to sign the documents, I guide them through it so that they sign, date, and initial where needed. Whether that be a Closing Statement, Note, Loan Application etc, I make sure to slowly guide them through it. Notice of Right to Cancel, I always make sure to have the borrower initial if their are any corrections to be made. Every form will come back signed and filled out completely, PCOR sheet, Statement of Information, or Trust Certification. I'm clear not to go too in depth with the forms but to be impartial. 1003 page , I never miss the signatures at the top, I never miss the signatures on a FHA or VA loan as well. Any documents that I receive I make sure to always return them back promptly right a?er the signing is complete, or send them back the very next morning. If you need me to print docs I can do that, If you want me to pick them up, I can do that as well, whatever works easier for you. I have available times of 7 AM to 9 PM weekdays and I am available from 7 AM to 1 PM on Saturday's. I'd love to do your next signing
