To date I have successfully closed 4,192 closing appointments/transactions. 

This means, many long-standing relationships with reputable companies who seek me out for all of their routine/white glove assignments, has been developed and relied upon. These companies have communicated gratitude and appreciation for the ease of the process with a mobile notary, last-minute request flexibility/accommodation, industry document knowledge and expeditious answers to customer inquiries when the documents provoke needing specific explanations. 

I am individually and through various companies, National Fidelity approved, proudly backed, a member & fully insured by the NNA and their affiliates. 

Meeting the daily shipping cut off is of utmost importance. My process is to only drop off documents at the airport locations with the latest cutoff times, to ensure the continued success rate of timely document drop offs. 

Also note, process attributes include purchases of a Ricoh workplace printer, along with a new dual tray Brother as a backup, all to accompany the mobile printer. These purchases has been acquired to ensure crisp, cleanly printed documents & to accommodate late document uploads. 

My mobile notary career is taken very seriously and each appointment is graciously accepted, with great appreciation.
