Hiring me will ensure that your borrower has a seamless, stress-free signing experience.  I am an insured and bonded Alabama Notary Public with over 20 years of notary experience.  I have expertise in professionally managing anxious borrowers during stressful situations, analyzing documents for accuracy, and being attentive to the borrower’s needs and concerns.  I am qualified to provide general notary and loan signing services as a NNA and LSS Certified Signing Agent providing notary and loan signing services in Montgomery River Region and surrounding counties. 

I understand the importance of making sure the Notice of Right to Cancel is executed perfectly to avoid funding conditions including assisting the client in completing the PCOR and 1003 forms ensuring these forms are filled our properly.  I also go over every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out.  Documents will be returned promptly as soon as the signing is complete.  I know all the FedEx drop off times and will keep you informed throughout the process.
