I am located in Cookeville, TN and serve Cumberland, Dekalb, Fentress, Jackson, Overton, Putnam, Smith and White counties of Tennessee. I am a certified loan signing agent and mobile notary with 24/7 availability. I am certified by the National Notary Association and Carol Ray’s Notary2Pro. I have been a notary since 2010 and a certified signing agent beginning in 2015. I am commissioned, background checked, bonded, approved as a subcontractor with the largest title insurers, and carry a $1 Million E&O policy.  I have a Brother HL-6200DWT dual-tray laser printer and an Epson ES -500 scanner. I am also a US Army Service-Connected Disabled Veteran. In the Army, I was a Human Resources professional where the utmost attention to detail and accuracy were required, and that is something I continue to bring to my current occupation. I understand the importance of handling time sensitive documents. I enjoy working with the diverse population here in the Upper Cumberland.
