Gas is MY expense, NOT YOURS! I will never charge extra for gas, regardless of cost increases!

I am extremely detail oriented and meticulously check every single document. No missing signatures, initials, or dates! All documents will be properly filled out and TRIPLE CHECKED! Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, etc. will all be fully and properly filled out to ensure there are no funding or transaction delays.

Although rare, I recognize that mistakes can happen. In the event of mistakes I will stop what I'm doing to correct it immediately!

Using my mobile scanner, I'm able to scan docs immediately following each signing, and can upload them to you immediately or as soon as I have cell service. Documents will then be returned promptly and on-time. I'm aware of FedEx and UPS locations and drop off times in my area, and all signings completed before those times will be sent back same day.
