Hello! My name is Jennifer White, better known as 'Your Notary Friend'. I am NNA and LSS certified. I pride myself on my excellent customer service skills. My past work experiences have taught me that clients need someone to be personable and knowledgeable during important monetary transactions. My philosophy to conduct each loan signing assignment exactly how I would want someone to treat me if I was undertaking an essential financial risk. I make sure clients are comfortable and at ease while signing. I ensure that clients correctly fill out all documents. I make sure clients understand what they are signing and whom to contact if any questions arise. I understand the need to have the document package returned promptly. I'll drive the distance, even if it means paying a bridge toll and meeting staff members at the door first thing in the morning. My goal as a notary public is to build relationships. I believe establishing a relationship helps to build trust. I intend to have mortgage professionals see my name assigned to file and immediately let out a sigh of relief. I value communication and keep all parties informed. I have no qualms with asking questions, and I always double-check to confirm the necessary details.
