My name is Jeanetha Scott and i am an experienced mobile notary. I have more than 10 years of customer service experience which has taught me to manage myself so that I can offer my clients a safe, professional, and reliable service. I make sure that I remain professional throughout the process by being on time, dressing professionally, and answering questions clients may have to the best of my ability. If I cannot answer their questions I make sure to direct them to the correct source, in this case it would be their loan officer. I scan back and deliver documents to the carrier within a timely manner, so that the clients service is not prolonged by me. I also make it an effort to always look through the documents before I go to the clients house to make sure I read the notary instructions and ensure that there are no errors (the dates or name of clients) that I can have addressed before arriving to the appointment. I want my clients to feel confident in me, and know that I am there to help them. I also make sure I keep myself and the clients safe by wearing a mask, sanitizing my pens, and keeping the used pens separately. I really enjoy meeting my line of work and appreciate the opportunity to grow.
