Hello my name is Jeaniene Harris. I have over 20 years of customer service experience providing exceptional client interactions. Customer satisfaction is my goal with every service interaction and I understand the importance of being the face of professionalism when I am working with your company and clients. I am commissioned by the state of Virginia as a Notary Public. I am trained and certified by the NNA, Notary2Notary (Vanessa Terry) & The Loan Signing System (Mark Wills) as a loan signing agent. I service Hampton and all surrounding cities to include Newport News, Williamsburg, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Smithfield/Carrollton, Chesapeake, Yorktown/York County. I have an active background check performed by the NNA, I carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance through Biberk and I am an active NNA Member. My home office set up includes a computer, laptop, scanner and laser printer. I always print my docs per the PDF on legal/letter paper. I read and follow all given Notary Instructions. I pay attention to details and I scan back as requested and drop docs immediately upon signing completion. I never use a drop box when sending docs back. I always go into a manned facility and obtain a receipt. I am COVID-19 vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine and I carry my vaccination card with me at all times. I always wear a face mask, carry hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes.
