Greetings Potential Client!

    My name is LaToya. I have been a notary for a little over three years and have extensive knowledge of my field. I have performed numerous loan signings and notaries within my power as set forth by the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

    As a notary, I have administered oaths and affirmations, sworn statements, wills, power of attorneys, bill of sales, and more. As a signing agent, I have experience with refinances, home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages as well as sales and purchases. 

    I have a long history of providing nothing less than great customer service in every aspect of my career. Every client can expect communication, reliability, and professionalism. My hours are flexible, and I can meet with clients at a place and time that is agreed upon. 

    Each loan package is double checked before the end of the appointment. Documents will be completed according to the requirements set forth by the hiring company. I strive to continue communication throughout all aspects of any notary I complete.
