I am interested in receiving and working with you presently and in the future. I review closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses and legal information before appointments. I also print and prepare loan documents. I have reliable transportation to and from signing locations and I always aim to arrive 10 mins before scheduled appointment times. I am able to describe lender documents, obtain signatures, notarize loan and other legal documents. I also can scan and email documents required by the signing companies immediately after signing is completed. I also will return documents back to you or FedEx or UPS them, whichever is preferred.
