I am responsive, professional, dependable and knowledgeable Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent.  Over the past year I have completed more than 550 signings.  I also have NNA and LSS certifications.  At the conclusion of each signing, I review each document to ensure each document is completed correctly and properly signed. Key documents like the 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel are triple checked for accuracy. As your signing agent, I will keep you informed throughout the signing process. Should I make a mistake on your file, I will stop what I am doing and correct it for you right away. I will do everything in my power to ensure there are no funding delays and make sure your documents are returned to you once the signing is finished.

In terms of education and experience; I have a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Public Administration from Brigham Young University and more than 10 years experience in administering municipal/ federal housing.
