I am a seasoned Notary and Signing Agent with 6+ years experience.  I enjoy going above and beyond for my clients when I can, such as providing gifts to signers (on request and as negotiated), obtaining photos or video testimonials, premium services such as co-branded personalized document folders to leave with signers and more. 

I realize I am representing all interested parties of a deal and I approach my work accordingly. I QA documents both when I receive them as well as prior to shipping them back. I am punctual, communicative, and professional. As much as I try to avoid mistakes, they do happen and I work with everyone swiftly to have them remedied. 

I strive to develop relationships, not simply obtain orders. To that end, my mobile office includes a laser printer, scanner, office supplies, shipping materials. I am ready to accept on-the-fly last minute assignments as well as cater to last minute document changes or even late documents. 

In addition to real estate and loan documents, I am well versed in contracts, construction, Wills, Estates & Trusts.  This is in addition to General Notary Work such as Powers of Attorney, school forms, and more.
