As a Certified Signing agent in NYC with extensive training its my goal to make sure every single signing goes as smooth and error free as possible as I understand how crucial it his to have a competent Notary. That way we all stay busy!! I do Refinance, Loan mod, Purchase, Reverse, Purchase, VA, Heloc and more so you wont be disappointed. I also cover Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Long island. -I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late -I will make sure all forms are witnessed, signed and notarized(PCOR's aswell) -For any errors or questions from the borrower i cant answer i will contact you asap -I will scanback if required -Lastly i will make it a PRIOTIY to drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing to be done on time. If you need me for a last minute signing, an 8 am or 10 pm signing i can be of service to you. Hire someone who knows what they're doing so we can all avoid kickbacks, Funding being delayed, Rate lock being missed and everyone having to do more work than they need to.
