Hello: Hi, Juan Morales here, I am a bilingual (Spanish) notary signing agent in the state of New York. I am currently serving the 5 Boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island. I have been NNA trained, certified and background checked. I also carry a $100,000 E&O insurance policy. Additionally, I have worked in the mortgage industry as wholesale account executive over five years for major mortgage lending institutions. Every signing that I perform, gets my personal attention and three (3) times quality checked for errors, omissions and/or misprints and cutoffs prior to being returned to you. Although I demand the very best of myself, there is always a chance for an error to occur. Should in the rare instance that that should be the case, I will gladly and promptly make the correction at my expense. Time is valuable and mistakes are costly.
