I have spent significant time in my career as an investor in Real Estate, loan officer, owner of a Mortgage company, a Reverse Mortgage company (Community First Bank) and for the last 5 years as owner of Expedient Notary and now the Las Vegas Mobile Notary in Las Vegas, NV. My motto is simple, get the job done. I am experienced with and have comprehensive understanding of all residential and commercial loan products that exist on the market today. Every closing and client are treated as though they were my own with integrity, respect and the highest level of professionalism. No job is to difficult and no circumstance is without a means of accommodation. I am as NNA Certified and background screened. Every lender and Title company deserve a Notary who knows what they are doing, who are willing to work under pressure and strict timelines and who deliver error free work consistently and every borrower deserves for the last person they see, and sometimes the ONLY person they see, to be provide them with a closing that is timely, comprehensive and that leaves them confident about the documents they just signed for what is almost always the largest and most significant financial transaction they will make.
