I am an experienced notary with an emphasis on real estate documents. I have experience with purchase, sale and refinance documents, with buyers and sellers being individuals, trusts and various corporate entities. I have 15 years of experience in the title industry and am familiar with escrow and lender requirements. I understand that, regardless of the signing location, the clients' confidence in my ability and clear presentation of the documents is critical. Only then will the signing, and ultimately the closing, be a smooth, trouble-free transaction. I am available most daytime and evening hours, 7 days a week.
