I am a new notary loan signing agent. I have been a notary for a few months, and I have done a couple of general notary works. I took and passed both LSS and NNA Loan Signing Agent certification courses. 

Although I am a new mobile notary public, I am an experienced customer service profession (working in food service for 20+ years). I understand the ultimate purpose of a signing assignment: a complete positive experience to all parties involved, and that can achieved by delivering core essentials of a great customer service: clients/customers must be well taken care of BEFORE, DURING and AFTER a business transaction.  

In other words, I am fully open to communicate between loan documents issuers (escrow officer, title company, and/or real estate agent) to better serve all parties involved in signing assignments. I will ask questions to best prepare myself to make sure a signing goes smoothly BEFORE the appointment.

DURNING the appointment, I maintain professionalism by being and doing what I am supposed to: being an impartial witness and verifying all required facts about signer(s). I can guide clients going through important information on closing disclosure and note, filing out forms liken PCOR, and putting a correct date on Notice of Right to Cancel, etc. I am focused to the process of putting all signatures and/or initials on correct places so the result would be an error-free and if there is one,

I am committed to hold myself responsible and accountable for any errors and mistakes I make AFTER the signing. I will fix them and follow up to make sure my work is done correctly.
