I have been an Arizona Notary Public since 2002 with 9 years of mortgage and 20 years of real estate paralegal experience. I started doing loan signings since January 2021 mostly refinance; seller's and buyer's packages. I will make sure all signatures; initials and notary stamps are accounted for on all docs. I arrive to appointments on time; read title of loan docs to borrowers so they know what they are signing. Also - I have a portable scanner with me and able to scan immediately after closing if needed.
