I know how to fill out a PCOR, Notice of right to cancel, and Trust Certification. Escrow docs will be complete.  I am Fidelity-approved through Palm Castle signings. 

I have an Epson mobile scanner!! I am willing to run docs as well.

I understand that I am often the only physical point of contact the Signer may have during their loan/doc process. I strive to make it the best most convenient experience possible.
