As your notary signing agent I will work diligently to provide your client a seamless, professional signing experience. During my time with the buyer I wont rush along the process but explain the documents they are signing accurately and succinctly I'll spend time to be sure there are no missed stamps or signatures before I leave from the signing. Getting the loan documents to the nearest FEDEX drop off location before the deadline so there will be no funding conditions placed on the loan will be a top priority. If I make a mistake I will take ownership and correct it immediately. Yes I am able to take a last minute signing and  travel as far as 75 miles to get the job done!
