I have completed over 60 loan signings including full loan packages (VA, FHA and Conventional), seller packages, refinances, HELOCs and reverse mortgages. I have a laser, dual tray printer that has a scanner and am able to fax back, scan and email, upload to a secure website or return documents through any preferred courier. I am ready to put my professionalism to work for you and can take assignments in the East Bay, California cities of Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Danville, Lafayette, Orinda, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakland, Richmond, Berkeley, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Pinole, Hercules, Benicia and Vallejo. I am also willing to travel to other cities not listed within Contra Costa, Alameda, Marin or Solano Counties. I keep flexible hours including late evenings and weekends.
