My name is Debra Smith Owens and I am an experienced Notary Signing Agent and E-notary in NC. I am also the owner of Ink’d Signatures, LLC. I’m experienced with the Charlotte and surrounding areas of North Carolina: Mecklenburg/Gaston/Cleveland/Lincoln/Catawba/Union/Cabarrus Counties.
