I am also certified, trained and background screened with the NNA as a Notary Loan Signing Agent and E&O coverage of $50,000. I strive to ensure that every client has a pleasant and informed closing experience each time with no re-signs. I never give legal advice but will patiently guide them through the signing process. Additionally, I am COVID vaccinated so I can provide safe, professional and friendly service while entering the client's precious homes. Having access to a dual tray laser printer and up to date scanner, gives me the ability to scan back all documents faster and same day when available.
