I'm in this to help Title companies to succeed and get more business. I have been told I am accurate, thorough, and a joy to work with. I have completed over 260 loan signings of all types - home equity, refinance, purchase and sale. Prior to leaving a signing I always go back and review each page making sure that both the client and myself have signed, initialed, dated and my notary seal are on all documents needing them. I know that my customer, the title company, expects everything to be 100% correct when they receive the documents back. Prior to leaving any signing, I always ask the borrower (or seller) "How'd we do?". This way I know what they thought and how I may be able to improve. I am willing to take the extra step, I have done signings anywhere between 4 AM and 10 PM because those were the only time the borrower was available.
