Hi, I’m Regina Thomas and I’ve been a notary for over 6 years in Fort Worth area & I’ve done over 2000 signings. My office is equipped with 2 high speed dual tray laser printer and a high speed scanner. My car is equipped with a mobile scanner as well. My goal is to always be error free, Therefore, I preform 2 signature checks before leaving each signer or customer site. Before dropping docs, they’re checked 2 more times. This system helps to eliminate repeat customer visits & allow me to catch errors before leaving my client. My 2nd goal is to be on the customer’s site 15 mins before closing/signing time. Most customers are anxious & excited and feel a sense of relief when they receive my text or call saying I’m outside or 5 mins away. Over the pass few months, I’ve developed strong relationships with multiple Title & Attorney Offices In Fort Worth. Azle, Keller, Richland Hills and North Fort Worth for Texas Cash Outs, Refinance with Cash Out and/or Home Equity Loans. My signing confirmation goal is to contact the signer within 15 min of receiving the assignment with a voice call/mail, text, email or in some cases all three.
