Cortez Willis is the owner of Willis Signing Solutions, LLC. As a notary, we are a licensed Title Insurance Producer loan signing agent in Maryland. We pride our services on integrity, attitude, and reliability to ensure all of our clients are satisfied. We began our service in the summer of 2021. We believe in earning your trust and doing the job right the first time which will relieve those headaches. A studious notary is an efficient and competent officer of the State. We firmly believe in adding value to through our services. Because we are new, many of our services are under construction to provide knowledgeable service, however, we primarily do loan signing service and RONs as a notary public (remote online notarization).
