I am a Notary Public, licensed TIPIC, and a Certified Loan Signing Agent for the State of Maryland that has completed over 30 signings with zero errors.

I understand that I am an extension of who hires me and I will represent them well.  I am never late and if there is traffic, I call clients 100% of the time.

I am knowledgeable of the various loan, refinance, HELOC, seller packages and I know what needs to be completed, and if I am not sure, I will always call quality control for clarification.

I understand that lenders rely on signings agents to complete signings correctly the first time and I ensure that signatures, dates, notary stamps and initials are accurately completed before leaving an appointment.  I consider myself a professional closer that pays attention to details and I take pride in my work.  I have a dual tray laser printer and a super-fast scanner!  Same-day appointments and document pickups are no problem.
