I have a background as an loan officer at a title company, I have been completing closings, debit resolutions, (Signings) for about two years. Recently I have started my own signing business! Personally I believe how an agent carries her self is very important we are actually representing the face of the title company or other company hired by. Even though the signers are told we are mobile signing agents. They look at us as a very big part of the transaction. Customer service is very important in the business! Previously I trained on sales and customer service and very happy I was able to implement my previous knowledge in my new career. Customer service is key and could very easily make the relationship with the signer and company, from you very first phone conversation or your initial visit! If you want to present your documents to your customer/client professional, accurate, and done correctly the first time I'm your girl!
