I am a seasoned, experienced National Notary Association certified and Background screened Loan Signing Agent (LSA) and also a Notary2Notary certified with 500+ signings completed. I'm available to assist with mortgage loan closings, refinancing, initial loan applications, quit claim deeds, both Seller/Buyer packages, partial claims, general notary work, debt settlements, fingerprinting and am also an ordained marriage officiant. I'm located in Valdosta GA and service within an 100-mile radius and am available 7 days a week, including holidays for reasonable compensation. I have keen attention to details, a dual tray printer (fax/scanner), 2 reliable vehicles. My military values of 20+ honorable service years continues to be my personal core values.
