I am an experienced mobile notary and signing agent, Fidelity Approved, who is currently working with many escrow & title companies in the City of San Diego, with a primary emphasis on North County San Diego. I carry a $100,000 E & O policy.  I pride myself with an outgoing personality that makes puts my signing clients at ease, while explaining all the important details of the loan documents they are signing. I have had both Covid-19 vaccines, and always where a mask when working with clients. I always call me clients in advance to confirm the appointments, explain what types of identifications I'll need a time of the signing. As the former president and creative director of one of San Diego's largest independent advertising agencies, I was looking for a part time situation that would continue to put in front of people, as I'm a people person, when I was introduced to this professional opportunity. I thoroughly enjoy the detailed process of reviewing all the loan documents prior to meeting with the clients, so that I fully understand all the documents included in the loan package so that, in turn, I can fully explain the documents to my clients.
