I've been performing as a mobile notary/loan signing agent for 6 months and I have assisted more than 50 clients in and around San Diego County.  Call me during business hours and I WILL answer. and I WILL respond to texts and emails.  I am NNA trained and certified; LSS trained and certified; and working on additional training! I believe there is always more to learn.   Besides presenting a professional, knowledgeable first impression, my goals are to ensure smooth signings; accurate and correctly signed documents; and on time delivery.  If a mistake happens, I will take care of it immediately.  The majority of my loan signing work has included refinances, seller packages, loan packages and home equity lines of credit (HELOC).  Please note...I would rather contact you with questions than take a chance with errors.   I will communicate with you every step of the way (as appropriate).  Scan backs are not a problem.
