In the state of Maryland, I am a licensed Title Insurance Producer and a commissioned notary public. Additionally, I am NNA certified with completed NNA background screening and have concluded trainings on how to sign loan documents, complete notarial acts etc. I have spent a considerable amount of time researching the real estate industry and intend to continue to study and make sure that every signing I oversee will carry the same value and integrity as the signing service and title/escrow company that I represent.
