I am a highly experienced and extremely motivated signing agent and I have completed over 1,000 signings of various types in 2021 alone. I work directly with title companies in addition to working through third-party vendors. I carry $100,00 E&O, my annual SA training is done through NNA, I'm Fidelity-approved, and my background check is up-to-date. I have two dual-tray laser Brother printers, a reliable 2020 Rav4 (and clean driving record), and outstanding professional references.I have just under 12 years of experience as a notary public doing general notary work, handling a wide variety of documents during that time but emphasizing on the notarization of estate plans while concurrently being employed as an estate planning paralegal in Walnut Creek. I worked at the firm for 15 years and spent most of that time building my notary business on nights and weekends, but now I work full-time for myself, my clients, and vendors. I have been trained and worked as a signing agent for the last 10 years and have extensive experience with all types of real estate transactions. I have a solid understanding of the documents I'm presenting, and clients describe me as knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient about our time together. My schedule is open to signings any time of day, any day of the week, so I offer flexible and convenient appointments to the public and signing services.
