As a representative of the title, escrow, lending, and real estate companies, I take account that I am one of the public faces of that organization and always present a professional, courteous, efficient, and positive persona to the borrowers. I consistently work to keep myself abreast of industry news and of any changes in notarial law. I know that I am expected to be an educated party to help guide the signers through the process of signing their loan documents, and I also understand the boundaries between guiding signers and incorrectly advising them on matters regarding their loans.
