I meticulously go over each and every document with the borrower making sure all pertinent information is filled out and to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are legible, complete, and properly filled out. I use extra discretion with key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure they are filled out properly and the application does not get kicked back.
