I'm a California commissioned Notary Signing Agent. I have both NNA & LSS certifications. I am Fidelity Approved. I perform diligent and detailed work. I have SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED hundreds of SIGNINGS.  I work directly with Escrow and Lending Officers, as well as with signing services. I never miss the commonly forgotten initials and signatures, like at the top of a 1003. I usually get loan documents to FedEx/UPS same day and if the office is within reach, I don't have an issue driving them to mailing address to ensure they are processed as soon as possible. I'm educated and patient with borrowers/signers, I actually explain documents to signers rather than just point to where signatures are needed. I have a thorough understanding of HELOCs, Refinances, POAs, Seller's Packages, Deeds of Trust, V.A. Addendums and much more.  I understand that appointments are based on the client's needs and I do my best to keep my schedule flexible. My mobile notary services extend throughout Los Angeles County. For direct business, I am willing to travel to San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
