I am a Certified Signing Agent, in operation for 2 years.  I currently service Randolph, Chatham, Guilford, Davie, Davidson, and Alamance counties, conducting Purchase, Refinance, Seller’s and Loan Modification Signings.

I’ve worked on loan documents for lenders such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Loan Depot. With my extensive training in notarial duties, by way of the National Notary Association (NNA) and loan signing expertise,

you can be certain that all documents will be reviewed several times to alleviate missed signatures, notarial stamps, dates and/or initials.  I understand the importance of proper calculation of the NRTC for the borrower

and the guidelines on which I am to explain the documents without personal opinion.  I thoroughly describe documents, leaving the borrower at ease with the signing process.  In fact, I pride myself on going above and

beyond, to make lasting impressions on the lending establishment, title company and the borrower.  I am an effective communicator which essentially, puts all parties at ease.
