Specifically trained to handle and work with mortgage lenders, title and escrow companies signing and notarizing mortgage loan documents.  Loan Signing systems student. Excellent timing in getting loan packages back to lenders in a timely manner, scan back or drop off directly to the office. Will travel to a borrower's home or office to complete loan documents for real estate, refinancing, and modifications. Continuing ongoing training weekly.
