I am experienced with apostilles, general notary work that includes power of attorneys, marriage and divorces, advanced health care directives, articles of incorporation and other business documents, oaths, and living wills and trusts. I also have experience with commercial and individual purchases, refinances, VA loans, cash purchases, reverse mortgages, etc. I have direct experience working with Real Estate Agents, Escrow Officers, Trust Companies and Signing Services. As a Bonded and California registered Immigration Consultant, I have experience with I-9's and other immigration related documents. Finally, I am a member of the American Translators Association and provide interpretation and translation for all clients that are in need and request these services. 

I have trained extensively with the National Notary Association for general notary work, with Notary2Pro and Loan Signing System for loan signing services and The Lawrence Institute for apostilles. I have a very diverse background which has provided me with an innate ability to understand the needs of clients beyond the transactional requirements and written instructions.
