I'm a Certified NNA Signing Agent that travels to clients' homes or places of business to notarize real estate closing documents and other documents as requested by my clients or escrow companies.

As a signing agent, I verify that all documents are accounted for when notarizing closing documents during a real estate transaction.  I ensure the signer is aware and understands the documents he/she is signing without interfering with the transaction on behalf of either party by directing the signer(s) to where the information can be found should questions arise and verify the signer is of sound mind and is not signing under duress.

All signed documents will be returned to the escrow company immediately to ensure there is no lapse in time to record documents as needed in the various entities involved.
