I have conducted over 350 loan signings and specialize in loan documents such as Refinances, Purchases, Helocs and Seller packages. I am also bilingual so I can do signings for Spanish speaking clients. I make sure after a signing that the package is shipped in a timely manner the same day or if after hours the next day. Also I have extensive training through the National Notary Association and also the Loan Signing System, and other loan signing training programs which prepared me to successfully conduct loan signings ensuring that I don't miss any signatures, dates or initials avoiding funding conditions. In addition, I have over 25 years experience in the legal field and customer service. By effectively communicating with the signers I want to make sure they feel comfortable and have a positive experience.
