Hello,

I have worked in the Real Estate, Mortgage, Title field for 30+ years.  I am an Abstractor,  I am also a Realtor and  have worked in Escrow doing every task available from the purchase of a property to the final signing of documents.

I am familiar with all types of signings,  Reverse Mortgages, Purchase and Sale Documents,  Refi Documents, Trusts and Wills.  There isn't much that I haven't done in the years that I have been working with Real Estate and Title Companies.

I am accurate, and pay great attention to detail,  I also feel that good communication is a must both with the Client and also the Title Companies and Lenders.

I love my job and truly enjoy this line of work!
