As a Notary Signing Agent I will: Walk your borrowers through all of the important documents: closing statement, note, mortgage, deed, closing disclosure, etc. Be impartial, not uneducated. I will make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the documents. Make sure signatures are as they are printed in the documents. Ensure dates are clear and neat. All forms are complete with signatures and stamp if the document needs to be notarized. Print documents (2 copies; one for you and one for the borrower). I can also pick-up documents. Package loan documents for you. I will also send off documents or scan back documents same day. I have an extensive customer service background. I am always pleasant and professional.
